This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read.

What is collected

This site collects nothing by itself. There are no analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels and no cookies. When you write to the studio using the email address on this site, we receive your name, your address and whatever you choose to tell us. That correspondence is the only personal information this studio holds about you. This policy covers this website and enquiries. If a commission begins, how your recordings, transcripts and your family's conversations are handled is set out in your agreement and in a separate client data statement.

How it is used

Your correspondence is used for one purpose: answering you, and, if a commission follows, conducting the work. It is never sold, shared or added to a marketing list.

Third parties

This page is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' technical data (such as IP addresses) in order to deliver it. The typefaces are hosted with the site itself, so no third party is contacted in order to display them.

Retention and deletion

Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship requires, then deleted. You may request a copy, or the deletion, of your correspondence at any time by writing to [email protected].
